Delicious, hot authentic Chinese carry out only with good vegetables and well-roasted meats. The soups are amazing as well as the dishes. My favorites are the roast pork appetizer (it will have fat), the crab rangoon, the sesame chicken with broccoli, and the beef egg foo young (comes with a flavorful gravy.) Their fried rices don't have egg unless you ask for it extra, but it isn't expensive. Huge portions and very flavorful, give them a try!

The manager is beyond excellent at her job. I appreciate this small town Chinese restaurant more than anything in this community. I order typically every Friday and food is always above and beyond. Thank you for many years of quality service.
Best sweet and sour chicken I've ever had! They nail it. I haven't been to a place that messes up cooking the chicken, but the sauce is a different story. It is thick and sweet, unlike other places. Just don't expect to sit down and eat it there.
Food was delicious and the woman at the counter was very friendly! We got the chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken on a stick, and chicken pad Thai. The wait wasn’t long at all and everything came out hot and fresh. There aren’t a ton of seating options inside but considering it’s a to-go only place, that makes sense! We had a terrible experience with another restaurant that morning and this really made up for it! Would definitely come back again.
Love the food here! Their fried rice never fails! I love to get their Mongolian beef. It's so good! Highly recommend if you like spicy foods.
Curry fried rice done the right way! Loaded with chicken and shrimp and it has that nice curry kick!
It's strictly take out but it's the best in the area. All the other places in Racine have continually gotten worse but Panda is solid and really good American Chinese take out. Fried rice, Mongolian Beef and Generals Tao's chicken are all spectacular.
